Case study : Car Wash into a Restaurant
This developer requested a quick design study to evaluate the feasibility of converting a car wash into a restaurant and office space. After a site visit and some preliminary zoning research we developed a "quick-and-dirty" concept in 3-d showing the potential of turning the 2 car wash bays into programmed space. We also developed a quick site plan to study parking and development of exterior dining areas.


Our mission is "Design Simplified". Sometimes you don't NEED detailed drawings, you don't need project management, sometimes you just need a honest 3rd party to give you advice on your project. We do that.
Sometimes you need your Architect on the phone with the bank, the city, the county, your general contractor; to just talk their language .... sometimes emails should be meetings. But some meetings can be emails to, we do that too.
Sometimes a sketch is needed. A "test fit" or a Master Plan for your site. Maybe a quick 3-d model to study the exterior of the building. We can put enough thought and design on "paper" to get a number from a GC, or help a bank or investor understand your vision.
We offer our time at reasonable hourly rates to answer your questions, advise you on anything design or construction related, do research or even help you find a general contractor, an engineer, or a trade person to help you get over the hump.
